Keep glowing: this seasons hottest look is fresh looking skin.

To create the freshest summer look you must start with your complexion. I like to refer to my quote "Your make up only looks as good as the skin underneath it." Therefore, the right Skin care is needed to addresses texture, radiance, and in some cases pigment issues. Start each day with a moisturizing physical sunblock to prevent future damage my favorite is Elta MD UV Clear. Then began with a primer that helps minimize fine lines and pores. Next start with a sheer coverage foundation that you can build coverage where needed- I like glo minerals sheer tented base or Lancome teint miracle (see my other article on perfectly matched foundation) Always use a foundation brush for a seamless blend. Now for the fun part adding color! Less is more when it comes to bronzers. The idea of bronzing is to simply add color where the sun would naturally hit you. Best explanation is on the high points of the face. I prefer Matte finish bronzers. Metallic sheen and shimmer can be very harsh for a day. Lastly put a pop of color on the apple of your cheeks and back to add that freshly sun-touched look. For the most natural approach make sure your lip and cheek are in coordinating colors (i.e. peach blush with a coral lip)
